LeDoux named Southern Area VP

Chenise LeDoux has been named Southern Area vice president, a role she’s held on an acting basis since January.

She succeeds Linda Crawford, who retired in 2024.

LeDoux is responsible for retail and delivery operations in 11 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands — and a workforce of more than 124,000.

She most recently was rural delivery director.

Prior to that, LeDoux was a Level 1 Post Office support director, Texas 2 District manager, acting manager of Oklahoma and Mississippi districts, postmaster in Houston and Tampa, and acting plant manager of the Manasota Processing and Distribution Center in Sarasota, FL.

In 2023, LeDoux completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan Fellows Master of Business Administration Program.

She joined the Postal Service in 1987 as a clerk.
