NALC – Senate back in session; ask your senators to bring H.R. 82 to the floor

The Senate is back in session and time is running out to pass the Social Security Fairness Act (H.R. 82) before they are scheduled to leave on Dec. 20 for the holiday recess.

Last month, the House voted overwhelmingly to pass H.R. 82. We must build on this momentum and urge the Senate to bring the bill to the floor before the end of the year.
