Southern Area –Florida 2 District – Resume Operations and Temporarily Suspended – 11/04/24

The following Post Office has resumed normal operations:

  • Cape Coral South, 4722 SE 17th Ave., 33904 — Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Drop shipment hours are not available. 

Operations at the following Post Offices are temporarily suspended due to hurricane damage:

  • Anna Maria, 101B S. Bay Blvd., 34216 — All retail operations have been moved to Bradenton Palm Sola Branch, 115 75th St. W, 34209. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon. Customers can pick up their mail at 101 North Bay Blvd. (across street from Anna Maria Post Office). Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon.
  • Aripeka, 18925 Aripeka Rd., 34679 — All operations have been moved to Hudson Post Office, 13610 Big Bend Dr., 34667. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Balm, 15036 Balm St., 33503 — All retail operations have been moved to a mobile retail unit in the parking lot. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Boca Grande, 434 4th St., 33921 — All operations have been moved to Placida Post Office, 8601 Placida Rd., 33946. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Bradenton Beach, 116 Bridge St., 34217 — All operations have been moved to Longboat Key Post Office, 560 Bay Isles Rd., 34228. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon.
  • Downtown Fort Myers,1350 Monroe St., 33901 — All operations have been moved to Fort Myers Page Field Station, 2655 N. Airport Rd., 33907. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon.
  • Indian Rocks Beach, 204 4th Ave., 33785 — All operations have been moved to Largo Post Office, 50 8th Ave. SW, 33770. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Madeira Beach, 15019 Madeira Way, 33708 — All operations have been moved to Crossroads Station, 1275 66th St. N, Saint Petersburg, 33710. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Ruskin, 455 N. US Highway 41, 33570 — All operations have been moved to Sun City Post Office, 4449 Old Highway 41 S, 33586. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • St. Pete Beach, 250 Corey Ave., 33706 — All operations have been moved to Gulfwinds Station, 4222 22nd Ave. S, Saint Petersburg, 33711. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to noon.
  • Town N Country, 7521 Paula Dr., Tampa, 33615 — All retail and PO Box services for this branch office are being provided at Hilldale Post Office, 3201 W. Hillsborough Ave., Tampa, 33614. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
