NALC releases wage calculator to calculate how much more money carriers will make with new contract

What will the tentative agreement mean for you? Use this calculator to see how much more money you will be making upon implementation of the new pay rates and pay table modifications (within 180 days after ratification) as well as your total wage increase over the life of the agreement.

The calculator shows the total projected increases in Table 2 salaries over the course of the contract, including general wage increases, COLAs (future COLAs projected using the Congressional Budget Office’s inflation forecast) and step increases, all of which are negotiated in Article 9 of the agreement.
