Postal Pulse Survey: How Is the Postal Service Delivering for You?

We want to hear from you!

In just a few weeks, the 2024 Postal Pulse employee survey will be open to all USPS® employees. Every day our employees help the Postal Service™ deliver for the American people. We want to know how the Postal Service is delivering for you.

By completing the Postal Pulse employee survey, you will provide valuable feedback on our continuous effort to improve our work environment. The Delivering for America™ plan focuses heavily on improving the employee experience by offering the following:

Significant investment in training, tools, and technology to expand long-term opportunities and the safety and well-being of our employees.

An improved workplace that fosters a culture where all employees are valued.

We need your feedback to gauge progress in achieving these objectives and identify areas for improvement. This year’s survey will include questions regarding engagement, onboarding, safety, inclusion, managerial support, and retention.

Perceptyx, a leading employee survey company, will administer the survey. As an objective third-party vendor, Perceptyx will ensure all responses are kept confidential and that only a summary of results are reported back to USPS.

Survey administration will begin August 6, 2024 and close September 13, 2024. Watch for further communications and complete the survey to share your feedback on the employee experience.

Employees may take the survey the following ways:

If you have a Postal Service email account
You will receive an email invitation with a link to the online survey.

If you don’t have a Postal Service email address
You will receive a paper survey at your work location and time on the clock to complete the survey.

Survey participation is voluntary and on-the-clock.
