The Postal Service’s Policy on Workplace Harassment was revised to meet the requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC’s) Management Directive 715 (MD 715). MOP HR-05-01-2024-2 must be posted prominently in the following locations:

Throughout the workplace.

This policy reaffirms the Postal Service’s commitment to providing a work environment free of harassment and supersedes MOP HR-05-01-2023-2.
