TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A former United States Postal Service employee from the Toledo area was sentenced Tuesday after she was convicted of mail theft.
Judge Jeffrey Helmick sentenced Megan Huffman to two years of probation and ordered her to pay more than $2,500 in restitution Tuesday after she pleaded guilty to one count of theft of mail by a postal employee last year.
Charging documents say Huffman stole, removed mail or something intended to be conveyed by mail between October and December of 2022.
