As previously mentioned, NAPS received notification from the USPS announcing plant rankings and staffing implementation. NAPS is providing a guidance template to assist EAS employees who have or may receive notice from the USPS of a proposed downgrade of their position.
Please see the template below to be used in completing the ELM 650 mediation process.
Upon receipt of a final decision from the Deciding Official, NAPS members should immediately contact NAPS headquarters.
